DO NOT ALLOW YOUR COOKIES TO FULLY COOL ON THE BAKING SHEET, EVEN IF IT IS AN AIRBAKE OR THIS COULD HAPPEN! 🙂
Kinda made this up last year and thought I would share. I use candy molds to get them shaped nicely. Simple and yummy!
1 regular size pkg of regular Oreo cookies; put thru food processor
1 block cream cheese; add to oreo cookies thru the food processor
Add your favorite liquor … we like Bailey’s Irish Cream…to taste; you can add any flavoring…orange may be really good too…… thru the food processor
Melt chocolate and line your molds..set in refrigerator for a few minutes to set; ball the oreo mixture and place in candy mold; Add more of the melted chocolate to the bottom of the mold and set in refrigerator to set for a couple minutes. Drizzle with white chocolate. We call them Chocolate Covered Bailey’s Irish Cream chocolate bonbons. Hope you enjoy. We also used white oreos for a different flavor… they were awesome too.
Just want to remind everyone: When the weather is bad and road conditions not good, we put our employee’s safety first. This normally means our Waunakee store will close. Our Sun Prairie location is normally open as Bill has his truck and a snowmobile if needed :). Our awesome Facebook manager Rena Ripp posts regularly to our page, however, I don’t always contact her quick enough before her posts go out on “bad weather days”… as I am normally plowing or shoveling, so Bill can go to work (ha ha!). We are hoping you like our future posts and will share with your friends and family. We do ship across the US, so please refer us. We Thank You and appreciate your patronage! This is a picture of our daughter Lizzie. She has a creative flair. You may at times see her working at the Sun Prairie store.
We are proud to announce that we now offer financing with qualified purhcases, 12 months same as cash. Apply within!
